Separate to his architectural/design background and career, Duncan has undertaken extensive training in health and safety which included courses in Occupational as well as Construction Safety and Health.

Mike has more than fifty years’ experience of Health and Safety, both in manufacturing and construction. Extensive knowledge of general health and safety including facilities management and building construction.

Sam provides CDM 2015 Principal Designer Support Services in relation to the issue of Pre-Construction Information as well as fee proposals and PQQ’s.

Sam has previously had a large involvement in the collation and issue of Health and Safety Files.

Sam has over 17 years of experience and knowledge in the construction industry, compiling and producing information in a variety of fields including Commercial, Retail & Residential Developments, Further Education Facilities, Galleries/Museums, Theatres, Local authorities and NHS Trusts and has also completed the Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

Sam has previously provided CDM Co-ordinator Support Services under the previous 2007 CDM Regulations.

Leanne has been providing Principal Designer Support Services for over seven years by compiling and producing information in a variety of fields including Commercial, Retail & Residential Developments, Further Education Facilities, Galleries/Museums, Theatres, Local authorities and NHS Trusts.

Leanne has also completed her NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety earning a Merit, as well as the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

Diego compiles all of our Health & Safety Files and works extensively on electronic documentation. Diego assists with technical administration and has a great understanding of IT. Diego has been working with us for three years while studying at University.
