Peascod Street ∙ Windsor

Windsor Premier Hotel Development

The new Premier Inn Hotel in Windsor will be located at 17-18 Peascod Street, at the rear of the Boots store, which will be retained but will be reduced in terms of footprint.

 

Peascod Street is one of the oldest streets in Windsor, running as it does from the south-west directly towards the main entrance to Windsor Castle.

 

The proposal is for part demolition of the building and redevelopment of this section for a new build 116 bed hotel with restaurant and bar. The hotel will be up to four-storeys in height and will front onto Mellor Walk.

Hotel & Residential Scheme - Park Lane Mews

Park Lane Mews is located in the prestigious Mayfair district of London, within a short walking distance to Hyde Park, adjacent to Park Lane.

The site includes the Park Lane Mews Hotel at 2 – 6 Stanhope Row, 36 & 37 Hertford Street, 16 & 17 Market Mews.

 

The site is in Central London, within close proximity to Knightsbridge, Oxford Street, Green Park, Piccadilly, Buckingham Palace, Regents Street and Hyde Park.

 

The existing hotel on Stanhope Row will be partially demolished with an extension built. Side and rear extensions of this main hotel building will also extend into the site of 2 Market Mews, where the existing building will be demolished the rebuilt with an additional storey and basement extension.

 

36 Hertford Street is a Grad II Listed Residential Building and will be refurbished and connected into the proposed new building at 37 Hertford Street. They will then be combined to create a single apartment block.

Shop Fit-Out Works ∙ 6-7 Mount Street

6-7 Mount Street is Grade II listed undergoing refurbishment works. The building is situated on the corner of Mount Street and Carpenter Street. The intention is to create a showroom with a rich residential feel to demonstrate the client’s high end luxury interior goods.

Power Hall and Decarbonisation - Science and Industry Museum

The Science and Industry Museum resides within the Castlefield area of Manchester.  The Power Hall (Shipping shed) is a Grade II listed building and lies within the Castlefield Conservation area.

 

The aim of the works is to re-open the Power Hall to the public,  improve accessibility, reveal the structure of the Power Hall and future-proof the building. The Power Hall and Decarbonisation works are part of the journey to net zero carbon for the Science in Industry Museum.
