Kathi has previously provided CDM Co-ordinator services under the previous 2007 CDM Regulations on a broad range of projects. Kathi also undertakes CDM Principal Designer Services. Kathi has extensive experience in compiling Health and Safety Files and currently co-ordinates the management and compilation of Health and Safety File for a variety of projects including Commercial, Retail & Residential Developments, Further Education Facilities, Galleries/Museums, Theatres, Local authorities and NHS Trusts.

Kathi has attained the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety along with the NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management and has also completed the Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

Ross Udall – BSc (Hons) CMIOSH AFOH CMaPS
PFB Construction Management Services Director

Ross trained as an Occupational Hygienist and has undertaken training for the function of CDM Co‑ordinator. Previous relevant experience includes substantial demolition and asbestos removal projects within central London locations.

Currently Ross has previously provided CDM Co-ordinator services on a number of commercial and NHS projects involving the complete range of construction activities including asbestos remediation, strip out, demolition, construction & refurbishment works.

Tim Duffy – MBA | BSc | CMaPS

From the introduction of the new CDM Regulations on the 6th April 2015, Tim has been working as a CDM Principal Designer on a variety of projects involving Commercial, Residential Developments, Education Facilities, Theatres, NHS Trust, Historic Buildings, Heritage & Ecclesiastical projects.

Tim’s professional background is a Civil Engineer, and he has over 30 years’ construction knowledge and practice, having worked in both contracting, design consultancy, and Client environments involving both working in, and leading a, wide range of project types and providing structural, geotechnical and other engineering designs, including temporary works concepts and designs.

Sharon has experience in a variety of projects including commercial, refurbishment works, education facilities, historic buildings as well as heritage and ecclesiastical projects.

Paul Baines – RIBA Dip Arch CMaPS

Paul trained as an architect, graduating in 1982 and has worked as a design and project architect, both within the public and private section, involved with residential, commercial, retail and social architectural projects.  Paul has undertaken training in health and safety including CDM Co-ordinator.

Paul has previously provided CDM Co-ordinator on a number of large/complex projects including Further Education Facilities, Residential, Commercial & Retail Developments, Galleries/Museums.

Michael Errington – CMIOSH MIIRSM

Thirty years’ experience of Health and Safety both in manufacturing and construction including 12 years’ experience as a Planning Supervisor on a variety of projects including commercial and retail projects and previously as a CDM Co-ordinator before the introduction of the revised CDM Regulations on the 6th April 2015. Extensive knowledge of building construction and techniques. Lectures extensively on health and safety, previously including CDM Co-ordinator courses.

Andrew is responsible for the drafting, compiling, review and issue of the Handover Health and Safety File. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Sam Dack – AaPS

Sam provides CDM 2015 Principal Designer Support Services in relation to the issue of Pre-Construction Information as well as fee proposals and PQQ’s.

Sam has previously had a large involvement in the collation and issue of Health and Safety Files.

Sam has over 10 years of experience and knowledge in the construction industry, compiling and producing information in a variety of fields including Commercial, Retail & Residential Developments, Further Education Facilities, Galleries/Museums, Theatres, Local authorities and NHS Trusts and has also completed the Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

Sam has previously provided CDM Co-ordinator Support Services under the previous 2007 CDM Regulations.
